After 14 years as a lawyer at international law firms, Begoña founded Frauenalia gUG in 2016 with the aim of supporting international women in their integration process in Germany, whether as employees, entrepreneurs or in a process of professional reorientation.
She is also a passionate mentor for female entrepreneurs. Her focus is on strategy and helping to shape change processes in companies.

The lawyer is a co-founder of Frauenalia gUG, a community with the goal of making the potential of international professionals visible in German society.
"I envision a platform that provides visibility for international female entrepreneurs in Germany and gives them a voice. A community where founders find a safe space to introduce themselves, exchange ideas, and support each other without fear of judgment. A networking platform where they can draw inspiration from other female entrepreneurs and grow through new connections and collaborations. To achieve all this, I am involved with SIE GRÜNDET."
