Claudia has been self-employed for 10 years and supports managers, teams and employees from various organizations in Germany and worldwide as a coach and supervisor. In addition to her coaching and supervision activities, she is involved in workshops for migrant organizations, including workshops on intercultural skills and setting up businesses for international women entrepreneurs. In her free time, she devotes herself to art; as an illustrator, she transforms stories into colours and shapes.

Why SIE gründet?

The psychologist with an international background advises individuals and intercultural teams as a coach. Her focus is on strengthening intercultural competencies, communication, and resilience.

"I am involved with SIE GRÜNDET because, as an entrepreneur with a migration background, I am well acquainted with the challenges that need to be overcome to find the right place and recognition in Germany. This knowledge should not remain with individuals but should be passed on so that more people with a migration background have equal opportunities and can contribute economically and socio-culturally to the host country. This is the only way to achieve synergies and mutual benefits in German society."
