Nadine accompanies leaders, teams and organizations from profit, non-profit and governance as an expert in their change and maturation processes. By integrating heart, head and gut as ways of thinking, she can create sustainable and effective paths for their future. As a passionate networker, she brings more than 18 years of experience in supporting small and micro start-ups: in her nationwide coordination position until the end of 2022, she designed an interdisciplinary network of start-up consultants, scientists, foundations and public administration and presented policy recommendations for contemporary advice for international entrepreneurs.
