Stefanie Kohlmorgen

Stefanie has been working in the start-up area of the women's network, a focal point of the education and advice center for women in Schleswig-Holstein, since 2005.
In addition to the management, she is responsible for the services in the start-up area: consulting, coaching, seminars, events and networking.
For more than 10 years, she has been dealing with the needs of female founders with a history of migration and was a long-standing member of the nationwide expert forum Migrant Economy of the funding program "Integration through Qualification".

Economist involved as a startup advisor, primarily supporting female founders. As the managing director of the women's network for working conditions, she aims to improve the equal opportunities for women in the job market.
"I am a founding member of SIE GRÜNDET because female founders in Germany need to become more visible, and it takes courage to start a business across international borders. I want to provide tailored support to these women based on their needs."
