With our new Ambassadors program, we are bringing SIE gründet’s mission even closer to women across Germany who are starting out or have already built their own businesses.
Our Ambassadors connect founders, host local events, and amplify the visibility and strength of international women entrepreneurs in Germany.
This is the next step in bringing our community even closer together – both online and offline.
Your Role as an Ambassador
As an Ambassador, you are the voice of SIE gründet e.V. in your region.
You connect female founders, advance our mission, and serve as a role model for female entrepreneurship.
Your Contribution:
Building and maintaining a regional community.
Organizing networking events (e.g., meetups/round tables – approx. 4 times per year).
Recruiting new members and partnerships.
Representing SIE gründet e.V. at local events.
Exchanging ideas with our nationwide Ambassadors team.
What We Offer You

Own experience in founding a business.
Strong local network and motivation to build a community.
Time commitment of approx. 5–10 hours per month.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
