With “Rise & Decide”, we want to spotlight founders who have taken the leap into the unknown, overcome obstacles, and shaped their own future. Because courage is the foundation of every great idea – and the moment when a vision becomes a real company.

This inspiring talk explores the courage required to make decisions – especially when they are uncomfortable or challenging. Using the Free Solo storyline, it reveals how inner strength, emotional presence, and conscious preparation work together to push boundaries and embrace the unknown.
Beginning with a powerful quote and an honest look at the reality of decision-making, the keynote encourages deeper self-understanding and strengthens trust in one’s intuition. It concludes with an open discussion, offering space for reflection, exchange, and personal insight.
Panel Discussion: “Courage as Currency – Why Courage Can Matter More Than Capital”

This panel explores why courage is often the most valuable currency in entrepreneurship – sometimes even more important than starting capital.
