Andrea arrived in Germany four years ago from Colombia, where she grew up “between wood,” as she puts it. As a passionate restorer, she is in the process of building her own business for the renovation and restoration of residential and commercial spaces, working together with her husband.

Her three tips for founders are:
Find the reason why you do what you do. Not your company mission, but what drives you from your innermost being. This provides tremendous motivation.
Practice seeing possibilities – even when it seems there are only problems. There is always an opportunity waiting for you somewhere.
Stay in motion. Talk to people, read books, listen to podcasts – every new perspective opens your horizon to more innovation.
