The biggest challenge was finding her own position and niche.

Solution & Tip
This is how she overcame the challenge: “By learning by doing – actively talking to people, offering coaching, getting feedback, taking part in further training and reflecting on what I have achieved – I have largely overcome this challenge. At the same time, this challenge is an attraction for me, as I look forward with curiosity and excitement to see what else is possible.

Find the “Big Why” and be (self-)aware of your values. And then “Be the change, you wish to see in the world”!

You don’t have to do everything alone – find a group of like-minded individuals for productive exchange.

Try to view your business objectively when figuring out what is going well and what needs improvement. This helps you get better every day.
