Empowering International FEMpreneurs
STAGE for international FEMpreneurs is the first nationwide project dedicated to the sustainable promotion, networking, support, and visibility of international female founders. Using a hybrid concept of in-person events and digital offerings, we create spaces for encounters, learning, and development tailored to this specific community. This approach addresses challenges and breaks down barriers.
The project ‘STAGE for international fempreneurs’ is supported by the Commissioner of the German Federal Government for Migration, Refugees, and Integration, who also serves as the Commissioner of the Federal Government for Anti-Racism.
Digital Networking Platform
The core of STAGE, this digital stage allows founders and entrepreneurs to showcase themselves with profiles, engage in discussions on specific topics, and form interest groups
Mastermind Groups
Small groups meet regularly every quarter to exchange ideas among entrepreneurs and with experts. Eight sessions focus on entrepreneurial empowerment, development, and network expansion.
Summit
An annual hybrid summit takes place in person, rotating between Berlin and another city.
Workshops with Experts
Experts address specific startup questions, such as financing, resilience, or project management.
Online Events
Regular workshops or seminars cover topics significant in the dynamic business world, such as presentation skills, time management, pitch presentations, brand development, or writing a business plan.
Exchange with Role Models
The message 'What I achieve, you can achieve too' comes alive through digital exchanges with business role models, who share their stories and are available for questions.
